Senior Chef

We are looking for a full or part time senior chef to assist in the running of the kitchen.

Shifts will include late nights & Saturday & Sunday work.

Experience is essential in this role. The role includes: daily running of the kitchen and its team, stock management, managing and maintaining health and hygiene procedures, managing health and safety records, training and developing staff, ensuring the team is delivering consistent quality throughout all food service, kitchen cleaning, ensuring high standards are met in all areas of the kitchen.

 

You will be required to work without supervision & as part of a team. You must be quick thinking, have the ability to work under pressure.

 

You must have excellent knowledge of food preparation, storage & food hygiene.

 

Due to the demands of kitchen work, you must be fit & agile.

Part time Chef/Cook

 

Shifts will include weekend work, may also include late nights. Approximately 16-hours per week.

 

The role includes: working as part of a team in a busy kitchen, delivering consistent quality of food throughout breakfast lunch and dinner service, working in all areas of kitchen including hot and cold food, kitchen cleaning and maintaining hygiene standards, maintaining health and safety standards, very good knowledge of food preparation & storage.

 

Due to the demands of kitchen work, you must be fit & agile.

Weekend kitchen Porter

We are looking for a kitchen porter to join our team, for Saturday evenings & Sundays. Approximately 12 hours per week. Extra shifts may be available.

 

Experience is not necessary for this role.

 

The role includes: dishwashing by hand, keeping the kitchen clean and tidy during food service, basic food preparation, assisting the chef during busy periods, cleaning down the kitchen at close of business, maintaining hygiene standards & maintaining health & safety standards.
